Unlike other manufactured extenders which are produced in 12' to 21' lengths and either utilize a "snap in" or "hooking" profile, the RWD extender trim is much more versatile and installer-friendly. The RWD extender trim is manufactured in a 200' continuous roll and shipped to the customer in our convenient dispensing carton. This design had the installer in mind with easy material transport, material protection, and work-ability right out of the carton.

Best of all our 2" and 21/2" width extender trim can be ordered either single or double edge taped. Ordering the double edge taped product provides the capability of yielding 400' feet per roll by simply splitting the extender in half.

Installation is very convenient simply pull the necessary amount of extender trim from the carton and cut to the desired length. From the bottom side the installer scores the extender on the pre-scored grooves at the desired width. Now just bend and snap it apart and you are ready to install. "It's just that simple".
